It is always nice to enjoy a meal or a cocktail on the plaza. There is usually lots of activity, kids playing, teens holding hands, tourists walking by wide eyed and quite often a local event. It might be school kids performing dance routines, visiting performers for afar or local musicians. So it goes without saying that since they opened, Pepe Gina's on the plaza has been a favorite for DeeDee and I. The restaurant has grown in size and in it's menu offerings. Breakfast is always good, the fresh fruit plate is a favorite. The wood fired pizzas are excellent, and now with seafood and mexican offerings there is something for everyone. They have a full bar and serve great cocktails. They have also added a bakery and coffee shop, featuring homemade breads, muffins, sweets, cappuccino, espresso and more. And for a special treat, stop by Monday evenings and listen to the superb guitar sounds of our own local legend Herzon! I'll add some specific food reviews after our next visit, which will be soon!
